ConDems
break another record.
The ConDems have increased borrowing to a staggering £1.04
Trillion.
You may remember during the election when labour said the countries
borrowing was £156 billion, the conservatives said they
were lying, and that the true figure was £185 billion.
When the Conservative led Coalition actually took power the correct
figure was £156 billion, which according to the ConDems
was the highest figure on record. Then we heard how the ConDems
found black holes, every week they discovered more black holes,
but like most black holes, there was nothing in them. And still
the debt stuck at £156 billion, and still falling.
Then the ConDems thought, we can’t have this, debt falling,
the economy growing, all because of Labour. The ConDems came up
with the ‘Slash and Burn’ policy.
Slash jobs and show the electorate how stupid they were to believe
in election promises made on television, show them who is in charge.
Slash welfare benefits for those in work and for those who had
lost their jobs, and don’t forget the sick and the elderly,
make them all suffer, and of coarse the favourite target of the
Conservatives over many years, the single parents.
They won’t go so far as burning the people with their ‘Slash
and Burn’ programme, but they can
starve them, and kick them out of their
homes. Even children aren’t exempt
from being starved.
Now that the economy has gone into negative growth [-0.2%] we
can expect more hardship as more jobs
are lost over the next 12 months.
The cost of all this malicious pain the ConDems have inflicted
on the electorate, in the name of it being fair, is a staggering
net debt total of £1.004tn, which represents 64.2% of UK
gross domestic product.
George Osborne said he is still on course to hit his borrowing
target for the financial year of £127bn. The total borrowing
for the year so far stands at £103.3bn. with still another
quarter to go. With increased unemployment, and decreased growth,
it is difficult to see how such a rash promise can be achieved.
The forecast by the OBR was that the ConDems would leave a debt
of £1.3 trillion in 2015. The way the Condems are currently
playing at politics, it could possible double to £2.6 trillion
by 2015.
