    A Summary of the emailed Quote
    Further to our telephone conversation yesterday I can confirm the verbal quote of 21p per garment for a twice monthly collection of 20,000 garments collected from your factory and delivered to your client’s warehouse, the same-day or next- day. These will be delivered on a dedicated vehicle, the garments will be loaded at your factory, security seals fitted, which will remain intact until the load is delivered to your clients warehouse.

    As promised I have pleasure in enclosing a revised quote which would appear to fit your criteria better. That is by exploring the benefits of weekly or twice weekly deliveries.

    Weekly / Twice Weekly collections;
    Suggested days Wednesday and/or Friday between 4-00 and 4-30 p.m., delivery next working day, preferred time for delivery between 6-00 and 8-00 a.m.

    As I mentioned we have two vehicles in your area available to collect late afternoon Monday to Friday. As above these will be dedicated vehicles, only your stock will be carried on these vehicles. If the vehicles have to be stored overnight with your goods in them, they will be locked in our secure warehouse. Security seals will be fitted at your premises.
    These are smaller vehicles than you current carrier uses, one vehicle capable of carrying 5,000 plus garments, and the other capable of carrying 10,000 plus garments. Smaller means cheaper to run, more miles per litre of fuel, less harmful emissions.

    By using weekly or twice weekly collections the benefits to your company are as follows:-


    • Releasing storage area for more profitable use.
    • Will enable your company to invoice earlier.
    • Possibility of leveraging the quicker deliveries to gain more business.
    • Reducing the Cost of your deliveries by 32%.
    • Your Goods would be insured for £25,000 per load as standard. An increased insurance cover can be arranged if you require.

    The cost per garment would be 17p for either the weekly or twice weekly collections/deliveries.
    We would expect your client to embrace the quicker delivery times.
